Relax at this beautiful cabin on the Toccoa River. Located at a renown trophy fishing spot, and only 15 minutes away from down town Blue Ridge, the only question you should be asking is where to start!
About the Cabin
This three bedroom, five bed, and two bath cabin is a great place to disconnect and recharge for up to eight guests. There are two doors to enter…one on the lower deck to enter into the game/theater room and the top deck where you enter near the kitchen and the living room. All Tv’s allow you to log into your streaming service to watch your favorite shows (Youtube TV, Netflix, Hulu, etc..).
As you pull up to the cabin, you will have a driveway to your left (tough angle but we usually just go past and U-turn) or a rock parking pad that will fit 4 or more cars. You will notice the great views of the river the moment you pull up. Walking up the stairs you can access the cabin at either the lower deck or the top deck. Going to the top deck you will notice the covered hot tub.
Walking in from the top deck, you will enter to the dining room with the full kitchen on your right and the dining room table on your left. Straight ahead you will find the living room which is a great place to relax and bond with friends and family. Walking past the living room, you will see the doors to get on the oversized deck which is perfect to start the day with your cup of coffee and listening to the river. On this floor, you can walk down the hallway to the bedroom and full bathroom, you will pass a door on your left that leads downstairs as well as the washer and dryer there for your use. The bedroom has access to the oversized deck as well.
By the couch, you will notice stairs to the loft area that can sleep 4 people (full bed, single and trundle). This is a great spot for kids and adults.
Once you are done exploring the top floor, you can walk down the stairs and enter the game/theater room. You will have access to foosball and checkers in this relaxing game room great for kids to play. There is access to the lower deck from this room as well. Just past the game room is the theater room offering FIVE leather recliners and a new large smart TV with surround sound to watch your favorite movie or game! On this floor there is a full bedroom and bathroom as well.
After you have the layout of the house, the outdoor space is great! The half acre lot across the street is amazing for kids and dogs to play along the river. There is a firepit that is extremely relaxing in the evening.
